What payment methods are accepted?
The following secure payment methods are accepted: Bank card: Visa, Mastercard, EuroCard, Electron (Amex not accepted) __ * Bank transfer onto the following bank account indicating the order number: IBAN : FR76 1680 7000 8231 3105 3721 801 / BIC : CCBPFRPPGRE. How do I retrieve or modifiy my invoice?
You can download your invoice at any time from your tracking page (link received by e-mail). For any changes, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I purchase several accreditations at the same time?
It is possible to purchase several accreditations online at the same time. Once the purchase has been made, you can complete all the personal information of each person accredited or transfer these accreditations and let the recipients complete the details themselves. To do this, just click on the "Transfer" button on your tracking page. Here you can enter the contact details of the person that you wish to transfer the accreditations to
How do I cancel my participation at the Festival?
I would like to cancel my participation and be refunded As stated in the General Terms and Conditions related to the Annecy 2022 accreditations, any cancellation request must be sent to email@example.com. The refunds will be carried out after the event. You have a 14-day withdrawal period after the purchase date, during which time your accreditation can be fully refunded. How do I change my accreditation type?
Any request to change the accreditation type results in cancellation and its refund. You will need to proceed to purchasing the desired new accreditation. Any actions carried out (reservations, appointments made, etc.) in your Annecy Network will automatically be deleted. Any cancellation request must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org before 13th June 2022.
