The Partners Club is located in the Village du Festival on the Haras Site, entrances are at rue Guillaume Fichet and rue de la Paix. Accessible using bus no. 4 - Lycée Berthollet stop and bus nos: 1, 3, 4, 5, 7 and in the evening no. 1 - Palais de Justice stop. I have lost something on the Festival or Mifa site, what should I do?
Lost and found objects are located at the Info Point at the Festival Welcome Desk. They are collected together at the end of every day. If the lost object has not been brought to the Festival Welcome Desk you can get in touch with the Municipal Police’s lost and found service (10 rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau, Annecy, +33 (0)4 50 33 88 55). If you find an object you may bring it directly to the Festival Welcome Desk or leave it with a staff member.
Where is the Boutique du Festival and what do they sell?
La Boutique du Festival@BDfugue is open during the Festival inside the BD Fugue Café and bookstore at Bonlieu. Monday 14th to Saturday 19th June, 9:00 am-8:00 pm. You can get there using the free shuttles + Buses 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 14, 15 + the evening 1, 3 and N – Bonlieu stop. On sale products from the current Annecy Festival edition and previous editions (posters, tote bags, accessories, publications, DVD, and more).
